This beach offers spectacular views of the island, but watch out if you want to go swimming - strong undercurrents can make swimming here dangerous.

If there's only one place you can visit, come here, it's just as beautiful as it looks in all the videos you watched before you left home. Harldy any people there either which was a nice surprise

This has to be the most beautiful beach scape. Deepest blues of the sea surround lonely boulders of coral, to create a weird and wonderful canvas.

We stopped by Bathsheba Beach as part of an island tour. The beach is definitely pretty and has a unique landscape with oddly eroded rocks. However, being on the east side of the island, the water is not suitable for swimming. We did see some...More

We visited on a rainy, windswept day, but even that could not obscure the raw natural beauty of Bathsheba Beach on the east coast of Barbados. Striking rock formations, eroded by the pounding surf are almost hard to believe. Although photos had inspired our visit,...More

Lovely to look at but don't try swimming. Lots of nice little cafe, bar places for a drink in the shade where you can enjoy the scenery

We have been here may times and it is just wonderful. Waves, rocks, surfers. It is not for swimming but a great place to spend a few hours and combined with a trip to Andromeda makes for a memorable day.

Perfect spot to stop and relax. Just sit and enjoy the Atlantic waves crashing around with the great sea air. A must for an east coast picnic

By taxi, about an hour. Negotiate a deal to have a taxi take you around and wait. If you have lunch at Atlantis hotel, the restaurant provides lunch for driver. I think the drive can be around $70 USD. There are van... More
