I highly recommend Wahyu for travel and tourism in central and east Java. First, Wahyu is a very joyful individual, fluent in english and is able to commicate very clearly itiniraries. Wahyu has a very rich knowledge about the cultural and scenic landmarks and has provided us with great guide and insights! Finally Wahyu has helped us to visit multiple places in Yogyakarta region despite us having a very limited time window, without him it was impossible!

We found Wahyu on internet before going to Java as we wanted to book in advance tours to visit Borobudur and Prambanan. Wahyu was very helpfull and explained us eveything we needed to know. He organised for us two days of tours and added other places less known by tourists but so beautiful.
The second day he was not available so he organised our day with an other very Nice driver.
Wahyu speaks english very well, we had very Nice talks and fun with him.

We spent 2 days with Wahyu. Day1 to Borobordur and the Chicken Church. Day 2: Prambadan and the Ulen Sentalu Museum and a driving tour around Yogyakarta. Wahyu is kind, reliable, informed and very helpful. He took good care of us. I highly recommend Wahyu as a driver and tour guide.

I had an excellent time on Pak Wahyu’s tour - would definitely recommend this experience! The beautiful views of mountains and rice paddies on the way to Candi Selogriyo were a highlight. Everything ran smoothly and the tour was a perfect mix of relaxing, chatting, eating and learning about people and places. Terima kasih banyak!

Wahyu is an excellent tour guide. He gave us a fantastic experience visiting Candirejo Village and Selogriyo Temple. The walk to Selogriyo is spectacular and very peaceful, and the stop along the way for a local tea/coffee is a great way to enjoy the incredible view. Well worth the drive into the hills from Yogyakarta!

Wahyu and I spent the entire day together visiting Borobudur, Merapi, and Prambanan. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the locations, but we had great conversations in between getting to each location. I look forward to visiting more locations in Jogja with him by my side very soon.

We had a great trip. Wahyu is a great guide and was very attentive, and provided us all the required information. He drove us there himself and provided facts about the temples and the surrounding areas. It was our first full day in Indonesia and Wahyu gave us a fabulous introduction to the beautiful and fascinating country. Would highly recommend this tour and the tour guide.

Wahyu drove my friend and I to Borobudur and Prambanan. I found him to be very friendly, knowledgeable and proactive. He coordinated all the trip details by proactively reaching out. He charged us a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend him.

Absolutely great day trip .
Our guide Wahyu was very well organised and knowledgable. As promised on the booking he was on time and no late . Car journey was very pleasant and vehicle in a great new condition. All activities and sight seeing was paid and I didnt have to pay anything else. Both temples was a great experience. Wahyu was answering all the questions and was very helpful creating nice and friendly atmosphere. Regarding driving on the roads he was very careful . All day long trip was just pleasures and such a fun . Plenty of subjects to talk about as well . I would be more than happy to recommend him as a tour guide and the tour he provided. Good luck and all the best .

Would recommend all, we hadn’t really looked into the museum but it was a wonderful experience, it is in a beautiful location and offers a whistle-stop tour of Javanese history (through a mandatory guided tour that takes 45 minutes).
The trip was excellent because of Wahyu, who proved to be a very insightful guide and a delight to spend time with. Would highly recommend going with him, and booking directly by contacting him on +62 89 772 595 17 or @guide_chauffeur_yogyakarta (the Tripadvisor tour is bit of a rip off since none of the entrance tickets are included and they take approx. 30%, after you get your ‘ticket’ with a barcode you don’t actually need it for anything)
