Risky Views
Jun. 2021
It's a little risky for small kids, being right on the Queen's Hwy, but as long as you are alert for traffic its fine. Worth a quick stop. It's cool to see the difference in the two sides.

Gorgeous intro to Eleuthera!
Apr. 2021
Just a few miles from the airport (if traveling "Up South"), you will cross the Glass Window Bridge. It's an amazing display of the contrast between the deep, azure Atlantic side versus the turquoise Bight side of the island. We pulled over, and walked around a bit to take in the view. Gorgeous!!!

Amazing View!
Jun. 2021
Be sure to climb to the top of the rocks, the view is insane. Also, once you've crossed the bridge, stop by Queen's Bath and then go across the street to Gaulding Cay.

Eleuthera Magic
May 2021 • Couples
Day trip from Tarpum Bay had us looking at the sites. The glass bridge is definitely a must see if your going to take in Eleuthera which is roughly 100 mile from North to South. Excellent pull off the road vista great for dramatic ocean photo shoot. Don’t miss this one if your on island

As good as I could have expected
Feb. 2021
Seeing the Atlantic and Caribbean battling up against each other is fascinating. The bridge area is a bit scruffy but it's the water you come to see. The descriptive panel with the history of the glass bridge is illegible and a small expenditure would solve this but definitely worth the visit.

Cool place to stop but it’s only worth 5 minutes:). Atlantic meets Caribbean is cool amd it’s a photo op.

A Dream Come True!
Jan. 2021
Since the first time I had seen the glass bridge about 5 years ago on some video about Bahamas I dreamed of visiting Eleuthera and seeing it in person!

We ended up in Exumas in April 2017 in a cottage called Eleuthera... :) and finally in January 2021 we made it to Eleuthera to see where the Exuma Sound meets the Atlantic Ocean... and we loved! It's such a peaceful and serene place, it's an absolute must for everyone visiting this beautiful island! Take advantage of the small parking spots (the one passed north is bigger and can accommodate more cars)

While in the area, make sure to go to the Queens Bath at the very least - these 2 spots are super close to one another. If you like the history and get fascinated by the huge rocks in the area make sure also to stop at the Cow and the Bull (I have created a separate TA profile for it)

Breath Taking
Feb. 2020
This was a once in a life opportunity. We visited the Glass Window on a calm day. The blue fluorescent ocean waves were rolling gently into the opening flowing underneath the Queen's Highway and magically becoming crystal clear as they spilled over the floor into the Caribbean side. We walked ever so carefully up the razor rocks to the top of each side to get a better breath-taking view of the mighty dark blue Atlantic. The Caribbean side was mesmerizing. Smooth, calm ,crystal clear water inviting us to come relax and discard all the cares and stress of the world. Could have spent the entire day here but had too much left to see in such a short time. Hopefully I be able to return and spend more time here.

something so special, Its hard to even believe!

This incredible bridge, located on Queen's Highway, North Eleuthera; welcomes tourists from all over the world and locals/commonwealth citizens from all parts. Connecting the north and south of Eleuthera's waters in stunning and shocking clarity which broadcast the vibrancy and wealth of the beautiful ocean and sea. the Oceanside is filled with amazing, and at times unbelievable marine life that can create life-long memories for you, your family and your friends for years to come! for the non-fishers who love to scuba dive and simply observe the beautiful marine life and salty yet sweet waters ; either with tour guides or (and this is highly recommend) A licensed diver, who, has taken training courses and/or people, who, through family experiences have mastered the craft; albeit, a full crew is highly recommend for tasks of this kind (captain, fishers/divers, etc, etc...) on the opposite side the same is offered in the "Caribbean Sea", And, (please forgive me for the miscorrect terminology)(haha). the only two differences are the marine life and water depth. much more fitted for the novice or learning scuba divers and fishermen or fisher boys (haha) nonetheless everyone can learn the way with the right guidance from the numerous trainers (captains and scuba instructors) that Eleuthera, neighboring Spanish Wells and Harbor Island can offer. Trust me and them, because for all of us, "This is not our first Rodeo" #ENJOYLUTRA

Stunning Views
Feb. 2020
The colors of the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea are stunning. You have to climb some coral rocks to get up high enough to take some pictures above the level of the bridge but it is worth it.
