Best key lime pie!!

Great little shop. We got the key lime pie!! Yum!! 15 bucks but worth it. We also got a custom made cake while there for a birthday. Vernon was over accomodating. Great spot!!

Great little shop. We got the key lime pie!! Yum!! 15 bucks but worth it. We also got a custom made cake while there for a birthday. Vernon was over accomodating. Great spot!!

We've been to Hope Town many times and although there are other grocer's with more variety/better items, Vernon's shouldn't be missed. The fresh baked breads are truly amazing. We were lucky enough this trip to get a fresh whole wheat loaf right out of the oven and a slice of ginger bread. Had I known this, I wouldn't have purchased... More

Go and pickup fresh made bread and pies, you will not be sorry you did. The shop has limited grocery items but it is exactly what you would expect from Hopetown. I wouldn't change a thing.

OK, you do have to walk thru town and visit Vern's store just to read the signage and for sure pick up Vern's Homemade Pies! ....and a loaf of fresh baked Bahamian bread,,,,your trip is than complete.

Vernon is known for his saying, "Just let them eat Key lime pie". I stayed in Hopetown once, about 6 years ago. I love the island, quiet, peaceful, beautiful, and just isolated enough.
