The taxi is on time, and the water taxi drivers were always cheerful. A quick ride to the beach and the sister resort.

People were nice and waited if they saw you comming for the ferry. None of yhe staff were rude. It helped me to get off Tanio resort when bored. I just wished it ran a little later.

I used it several times a day to get to Taino Beach and back. Runs from 8:15 to 11:15 pm every hour from Pelican Bay Hotel and it is free for the Pelican Bay Hotel residents. Drivers are nice and polite. Ride is just about 5 min. Make sure to come about 5 min earlier could leave couple min before... More

We used this several times while on the Island, and it is very handy. Leaves at the top of the hour from our hotel, and runs over to the Marketplace.

This was a fantastic find! Be sure to bring cash with you because sometimes there's a fee (if you're not staying at the hotel it services). But even if there's not a fee you should tip the driver! They run every hour until 11PM, very convenient.

There's not too much to say about this service. I'm really happy it was complimentary! I used it at least 8 times and it was always on time. The only thing I can say in the negative is there was a tip jar ever present. I equate this transfer to a bus trip.....how many of us tip our city buss... More

I really like staying at Taino Beach resort for many reasons and the short, water taxi ride to the Port Lucaya Marketplace, is one of those reasons. You see, Taino Beach Resort is on the ocean, and is only a 6-minute boat ride to all the action, for when you get tired of all the relaxing stuff at the resort.

Don't be one minute late! These guys are on time. They're very good at docking & get you from you hotel to the drop off place. You have to walk about 1/4 mile to get to the beach after they drop you off. Make sure to ask where to walk to because they don't offer directions & there's no signs

Complimentary by the hotel to go to Tanio Beach! Only less than ten minute boat trip and runs every hour.
