About
What is Nassau Native Quest? It is a combination of the Amazing Race Excursion and sightseeing. Join Nassau Native Quest for a truly unique journey on the beautiful island of Nassau. The tour starts the moment you enter your air conditioned bus. The hunt begins; it's all about searching out and finding our historical, cultural and fun sites along the way out to our beach. Here there will be games based on cultural icons such as sponges, coconuts, and piracy. Learn how and why these items are significant while playing. Afterward, the tallies are figured, and the winners are announced. The groups will then be brought out to the deck area to take in the fantastic views and to taste the flavors of the Bahamas. Samples are all native and may include conch fritters, pea and dumpling soup, local jams and hot sauces along with bush teas, rum drinks, and seasonal fruits. Finish with an hour to catch some rays and take a dip in the beautiful turquoise waters of the Bahamas before heading back.

Don’t miss out!!

This was so much fun! Leroy and Natasha are amazing. So funny how they joke with eachother and the guests. The competition is a blast. Our cruise ship and another went on it so there was like 12 people from each boat and those were our teams. The beach is quiet and private and just simply amazing. We had some weather when we were there but it didn’t put a damper on this excursion at all. Plus we got to see so much of the city and learn a lot about it too. While in a air conditioned van. Don’t miss out!!

A very fun experience

We loved this tour as it is so different than all other city tours. It is a fun combination of history lessons, beach activity, meeting new people, team work and local foods tastings. The team has been amazing and they really offered us a fun experience.

Personally, we would have liked the tour to include a bit more of walking around downtown, but still we would highly recommend this tour.

Biggest thanks to Aaron as he has been an amazing host and guide for us!

My wife, 5 y/o son, and I went on Carnival Liberty for an overnight stay in Nassau and signed up for Nassau Native Quest and Beach . We arrived and met Leroy and then Nash and had a had a blast from the time we started until our excursion was over. Leroy is one hell of an entertainer. We strongly recommend the excursion.

I was introduced to this excursion through Carnival Cruise while exploring excursion options on board for my family. hunts. The Air conditioned bus was wonderful being that the Bahamas are hot, really hot, during July. The driver, Jungle Man I think was his name, was very friendly and kept us entertained while helping us explore Bahamian culture and scavenger When we arrived to the private beach, the view is unmatched. Perfect for pictures! As promised we competed against a different group of cruisers through a series of games which made it fun for all and also helped you meet some of your own cruising mates. Tasted food from the Bahamas (The conch salad is really great). Learned how to blow through a conch shell, or at least attempt to lol. Overall it was really a good experience and worth it if you want to see Nassau fully and indulge in Bahamian lifestyle for an hour or two. Natasha is the best!!!!

I recently participated in the James Bond Adventure with a friend group of 22 and a great time was had by all! From meeting James Bond (Leroy) and exploring some of the Bond locations in Nassau, to the air conditioned bus ride which gave us a mini tour and history lesson of the island, to the silly beach games and the delicious lunch on the beach, this tour exceeded our expectations. Thanks to Aaron and his gang for making us feel welcome and for making sure we all had a great time! Highly recommend this adventure!!

Highly recommended and lots of fun!
From beginning to end, this was an experience to remember. The excursion guides of Leroy, Tasha, and Jungle were phenomenal!!! They worked well together and kept everyone laughing and having a good time. The games were fun and could be enjoyed by all ages. The tasting were great and allowed for a chance to feel like islanders. The price for this excursion was excellent and I would do this tour again! Great was to spend some time in Nassau.

Enjoyed this Quest

Leroy was a great guide and we had fun with him. I was in a group of 9 from the Carnival Liberty. Although we all enjoyed our time on the excursion and at the beach I have a few issues about the experience. The bus was a bit tight as they load it to capacity. The scavenger hunt while on the bus is nice but I would have rather him just tell us everything about what we were seeing because while looking for certain things I missed seeing all things. The games were fun but they took a long time so we only had about 20 minutes instead of an hour on the beach. They did have samples of food and drink that was delicious but we had not eaten since breakfast so we needed more food. There is a bar there you can order drinks from and the beach area is beautiful. There is plenty of shade for the games, which is great. The hosts there were funny and good to be around. Overall, I liked this experience.

One of the Best Tours I’ve Taken!
Apr. 2019
This tour was excellent! My daughter and I had a wonderful time. We were able to do a bit of sightseeing first, then we played friendly games against another team. We met new folks and had a great time! The food sampling was also fun. Our tour guide and team captain, Leroy, showed us a great time! Everyone involved was fun and friendly.

Best Tour!! Great overall!!

The tour was great!! Starting with the tour guide Leroy, he was great and funny!! Then the bus driver, Jungle, was awesome and knew history and kept it funny. The bus was very up to date and comfortable with a great sound system so everyone could hear. The scavenger hunt on the way to the beach was well thought out and put together!! When we arrived at the beach the games and tasting was awesome. Our host Leroy and Sasha were great, they kept thing fun, interesting while including everyone. The tasting and backstory behind everything good too. I would highly recommend this tour to any individual, couple, or family. Thanks Leroy, Sasha, and Jungle!
