Not much to say except that the beach was extremely crowded, which was expected. There are vendors selling drinks, even alcoholic. You can rent lounge chairs, umbrellas, jet skis, and more.

the beach was beautiful. The water was so clear and the jet ski ride was awesome. The jet ski driver was very accommodating and experienced. I felt safe at all times

No it's public beach. There will be locals there trying to rent you chairs sell drinks etc. But you can go down to a hotels beach and order drinks of the beach wait staff. They will serve you for cash.
