Mongoose junction is a short walk from Cruz Bay in St. John. Great shopping and fun restaurants are all within the junction. We bought several souvenirs here and enjoyed dinner on two seperate evenings. Definitely must visit if on St. John.

Nice shopping area surrounded by a lush landscape, a nice restaurant, bar, deli, jewelry shop, ice cream shop, souvenirs. Easy to walk to the water taxi. An oasis of sorts. Repeatable.

So glad you enjoyed and your comment "a great place to get lost in" is very appropriate-- we have about 30 active businesses here, lots of places to relax and enjoy, and that's what it's all about. Thanks and we hope to see you again...More
