We spent a nice couple of hours just wondering around the grounds. Lovely well maintained grounds. The splash park was busy but our little one loved running around getting wet. The cafe served lovely coffee and tea at a very reasonable prices.

Took 2 of the grandchildren here. They loved it. Soo much to see and do. Outside there is the park and lake. Brilliant. Will be bringing the others here.

Now although it looks very old, it isn't, not yet 200 years. The museum was closed when I visited, it was Monday, so I cant comment on that but it is very well maintained.
