Aqua Marine Dive shop used Bluebeard Beach Resort's facilities for their pool school for our Discover Scuba course. The pool is next to a beautiful private beach. It was nearly deserted (accept for us and a bridal party posing for photographs) and equipped with comfortable lounge chairs. Kayaks were also available to rent. We ate lunch at the restaurant and... due to the location of ta hotel on a hill overlooking Charlotte Amalie harbor. The beach is part of the package. It isn't the most stunning beach such as is Morningstar but it does have a secluded charm all its own.

The resort is a little dated but the beach makes up for it. The staff at the restaurant were really entertaining and the food was great. We booked a beautiful private yacht tour from the beach hut it was the highlight of our trip

The private beach is great, plus you can snorkel both sides of it! The staff from the pool bar folks to the people at registration were all helpful. The resort itself is dated, but very comfortable. I want to go back

Be specific as to your view. If you have kids, overlooking the pool may be better for you. If just a couples get away, you want to be closer to the beach, ask for rooms A or B building. Top floor (203) was what we had which gave us a window in the bedroom that's a huge plus for me!... More

Bluebeard's was the first stop once I got off the plane. We were hungry and very thirsty and the Corona's and tacos did the trick. I recommend the tuna tacos. We saw the sunset from the beach then wandered over to the pool bar where guests were playing bingo and we did a little pool volleyball. Relaxing and welcoming

This beach is associated with the Bluebeard Beach Resort. I don't know if you can use it if you are not staying on the resort; there is a security guard as you enter the resort. The sand is very nice. There are palm trees for shade and plenty of chaise lounges. There is a lot of coral in the water... More
