If you're into pirates and treasure, this is the place!!! I have bought numerous authentic shipwreck coins from these guys for over the past 10 years. Great service and the best sunsets on the island!

Treasures galore and the owner is a fantastic story teller. I have read a few books about under water exploring and the owner not only knew of the books but also knew the divers that wrote them.

We were at the Pirates Chest on January 22nd. My daughter saw a necklace she liked but decided to wait to get it. Well, upon return the shop was closed so I took a picture of the phone number. Once we were home and settled I called. After some texting of pics they made sure my daughter got the necklace... More

Such a fun place to walk through. So many awesome things for the pirate at heart. We enjoyed seeing the authentic things and the trinkets. People were so nice there.

This store had some authentic treasures (and a few knock-off trinkets for the kids!) and was more like visiting a museum than a store. The owner Sean was fantastic and was open about the stories around where, when and how the many amazing antiques were found. He showed us a scrapbook full of diving photos from his many dives and... We talked with Sean for almost an hour. He is very knowledgeable about ship wrecks, treasure and collectibles. His prices are reasonable. The merchandise is displayed nicely and is fun to look at. We would recommend a visit to his shop if you ride the Skyride to Paradise Point--his shop is at the top!

The Pirates Chest a popular souvenir shop on St. Thomas. Specializing in authentic shipwreck coins. The tramway or St. Thomas' Skyride to the top of Paradise Point is a couple of bucks but gets you to The Pirates Chest. Which is well maintained like a museum, Sean and staff are well informed.

We go here every time we visit St. Thomas! Sean is the man and always makes us (and or kids) feel welcome... and he has the coolest stuff! Not open every day though. Just check the schedule first.

Do not let the high price of the Tramway stop you from going up to see the Pirates Chest as it is like visiting a small museum. The staff was friendly, helpful and interesting to speak with. If your a diver this is a must see. If your not it is still well worth a visit to see the wares... More

Just wondered into the shop looking for a sterling silver j hook man's bracelet... a typical souvenir. After speaking with the most knowledgeable historian that I have ever met, I have a new a appreciation for the unique and storytelling pieces of jewelry that are sold here. I did not purchase a j hook bracelet that day but I will... More
