This rocky promontory, the easternmost point in the United States, juts into the Caribbean Sea and features "The Castle," a huge mansion perched atop the cliffs and which resembles India's Taj Mahal and a Moorish mosque.

We went to Point Udall and it was interesting. THere is a monument there and you can do some easy hikes down to the beach. It is worth the visit if you are on that side of the island.

Poorly maintained monument. But exceptional views! Got a car? Then stop, you won't regret it. This is not one of those "you've got to do it" things, but if you can, you should. If you don't, you won't die.

Very nice views from the Eastern most point in the US! A nice drive up to the top and worth navigating through the twists and turns to get there.

We watched the sunrise then hiked down to Isaac's Bay. We saw all kinds of turtle tracks where they had nested and had the beach to ourselves.

This drive will have you slowing down a few times, if not for the unexpected curves (right side driving!) but for the curious sites along the road! There is a cool, giant, radio telescope along the way, plus the mysterious Castle which is up for...More

First place you can see the sunrise on American soil. A must visit while in St. Croix. Worth every cent.

Have been personally several times and always take each visiting group and never get tired of seeing this. Eastern most point of the United States, sit's up on a hill over looking beautiful blue water. Only about 30 minutes from center of Christiansted

Probably a little tough return hike up the trail to the parking lot for the 18 month year old. Fun down hill. Round trip to Jack's bay is about 1.5 miles. Even though we are in our 70s this was an easy hike with wonderful... More

I'll defer to the locals for accurate crime stats, but as a recent visitor, I'll do my best on the east end. The east side is beautiful and has some incredible views. It is much more quiet, and many areas would best be... More
