We took a full day boat / snorkel tour of Buck Island with Big Beards Adventure Travel. It was a little overcast and windy in the morning, resulting in choppy waves and a late start. But we made up time on the way to the island. As we arrived, the sun came out and we had beautiful weather the rest... More

The beach, island, and reef system around Buck Island are worth visiting, whether you're a snorkeler, hiker, or just like to lounge on the boat or beach. This is a precious natural resource! We sailed with Llewellyn on Charis+, a trimaran -- highly recommend!

Skipping this snorkeling spot should be a crime because it is nature's beauty at it's finest. The clear multi-hued blue of the water combined with the perfect water temperature lets you view some of the most beautiful fish, coral and turtles. Taking your own boat or going with the environmentally consciencious crew of Buck Island Charter on Teroro II doesn't... More

We went scuba diving, the reef is beautiful. Large corals and sponges, awesome staghorn coral too! Definitely worth diving.

Excellent site for snorkeling or scuba diving with marked tour of underwater grotto with stunning coral structures and gorgeous schools of fish. Waters are pristine greens and blues, and the beach on the island rates a short stroll.

We used Big Beards tours as a group to go to the Buck Island Reef and really enjoyed it! The Reef is quite beautiful. The waves were a little choppy the day we went, but the coral was really neat to see!
