It took a bit of effort to find but once we did we were pleased. The sea was a bit rough that day because of the wind but it was just us and then some kiteboarders in the water so it was very quiet. We...More

Nice beach with shallow water and plenty of breeze on the east end of the island. We were fascinated just watching the kite surfers ride back and forth with the more experienced "catching air" on some of their runs. Certainly worth the drive the get...More

Amazing stay in a 3 bedroom private house right on Long Bay beach! Felt like paradise to open my eyes and look out my window and are the beach, or the other window and see the beauty of the private pool. Kayaks, paddle boards and...More

You don't have to be a kiteboarder to love Long Bay Beach. Although the conditions are just about perfect for kiteboarding here, spectators will enjoy this area just as well. Conch shells are in abundance, the sand is soft, and the water is very shallow...More

My husband and I visited together for the first time this month. Very windy and rough beach, but beautiful. To find the entrance to the beach, go towards the "Kitesurfing school" on the map and you'll see a narrow walkway near a "villa sign" at...More

One of the difficult beach aspects of TCI is public access. You have to hunt them down. We hit an iffy week weather-wise but did manage to get to Long Bay Beach. Look for the Shore Club on the main drag, turn in there, down...More

The best thing is the beach! Fun for kids and parents because it is shallow. Paddle boarding is so much more challenging with your kid on the board.

This beach is definitely the most populated beach on Providenciales. That said, I loved the vibe here! So much activity- so much fun. The wind boarding is so popular, and so fun to watch. Great beach for families!

We came here to swim one day and watch the kite boarders. Then we realized it faces east and was the best place on the island to watch the sunrise! Nice and quiet, but no facilities except for a port-o-potty

We were there in early March and it was only surfers in the water. It is a huge beach, so you will find a space for swimming. The other side is much prettier though

I agree! Turtle Cove was the best place. People were very respectful of them and just admired them, which is the way it should be. "Take only photographs, leave only footprints." I read this quote a long time ago, and it... More
