The reef is small and protected but beautiful, fun and interesting just the same. During our swims, we saw all kinds of various fish along with sea turtles, baracuda's, nurse sharks (safe) and so much more. Very safe and close to the beach!

We always visit this area when in TCI to go snorkelling. There is so much to see; this time we saw many different fishes including a puffer fish. We also saw a sea turtle and a stingray. Unfortunately people don't respect this protected area and they leave some garbage behind. We also witnessed people feeding the fish "human" food when... More

This reef is incredible! We spend hours snorkeling around and seeing the abundance of life that lives beneath the surface. On this last trip, we saw tons of turtles, eagle rays, brightly colored fish, stingray, and barracuda. On past trips we have seen nurse sharks, Jojo the dolphin, and lobster here as well. There is no need to pay for an... More

Beautiful clear water. Lots of fish and coral located just off the beach. Lost of wind makes the water feel cool at first but once in it is fine.

We returned to Bight Reef to snorkel. We brought the snorkel equipment from our resort to the Reef and were not disappointed. Snorkel equipment and instructors are available for a fee there also.

This is really an excellent snorkel opportunity as you can access the reef right off the beach. As others have mentioned, much of the coral has died, but there were tons of fish, as well as turtles and rays to be seen! For the effort, and beginner, this was a great snorkel choice. There are some vendors right on the... More

wonderful place right off the beach and near Beaches resort. Nice reef with an abundance of fish. When we were there we saw some spotted sting rays as well as some sea turtles among all the beautiful coral and colorful fish. For mom & dad and those old enough there is even the Somewhere Bar and Grill right there for... More

There are some fish and turtles here, but the reef is unhealthy and dead. Not much to see. Yes I swam pretty far out. Was nice to be able to go right from the beach with my kids, but the view was highly disappointing.

We stayed at Coral Gardens condos for ten days. The condos are located directly next to the popular Bight Reef. The snorkeling was fine for the first three days. We saw several Hawksbill turtles, spotted eagle rays, and schools of blue tangs, parrotfish, yellow tailed snappers and other reef fish. Additionally, we saw lobsters in our one night snorkel (bring... More
