That’s right.....before anyone even heard of Provo.....Rocking New Years Eve Dick Clark and his family set up shop at the end of this most beautiful wonderful kid friendly beach. For years.....one could walk right up to and look around Dick’s place. It was abandoned and...More

Wow! This beach is a hidden gem. The water is quite shallow (2-4' deep) within most of the bay, making it an ideal place to go with kids. The water is an unreal colour and quite calm. It feels as though you are looking into...More

If you're looking for some easy beach walking and wading (but NOT swimming, at least for adults), this place is for you! It's 2-4 feet deep all the way to the edge of the bay and that's when the tide is up. Show up around...More

On our second visit to Provo we learned about Taylor Bay Beach. This rather secluded beach had few visitors even in the high season. We enjoyed walking in the shallow waters for a therapeutic time which fed our souls! There are no amenities here so...More

This is a perfect beach for young children and those without enough mobility to navigate deeper water and waves. It's very pretty and uncrowded (you have to read the directions below to find it), with great powdery sand. Also good for taking a short walk...More

Beautiful. No shade so bring an umbrella. There isn't much to explore but the surrounding homes are unreal! The water is beautiful and crystal clear. There is no wildlife and it's very shallow.

This beach is a bit hard to find. Locals use a small path beside private housing to get there. The beach is small, but nice and clean. The water is only knee to hip deep and clear for about 100 yards so it is awesome...More

Glad I seen the pictures and followed directions from other reviews on this site. Absolutely beautiful warm water. No facilities to change or use toilet so we did not stay as long as we would have liked.

We have stayed on Taylor Bay about 6 times now, and can't imagine staying anywhere else. It's quiet, tranquil and has the best sunsets in the world.
