Very Small Casino
Jan. 2021
The casino was very small. 5 dollar blackjack with good rules. Mostly locals when we were there. A lot of security on the inside and outside. The workers were nice. Again its quite small -- and no all table games were open. It is right near the beach -- although near the main road. We just went for 20 minutes.

Friendly Staff and Great Times
Dec. 2020 • Couples
As others said, this is a small casino with 1 caps table, 2 roulette tables, a few blackjack tables, then maybe 50 slot machines (guessing). However, we had a blast when we went last night. Most importantly, we felt very safe gambling and the games are on the up and up - as opposed to my experiences on other islands, such as DR. The casino offers a free shuttle to your hotel and back if you stay in Grace Bay, regardless of much money you spend. The workers are just soooo nice and friendly. My wife has never gambled before and was obviously nervous, a nice gentleman comes up to her and tells her there is no pressure to gamble and she is welcome to just hang out. He actually said "keep your money if you don't think you will have fun". I'm not experienced either and everyone went of their way to explain the rules of craps and just made you feel welcomed. We left after two hours when I was up $100 on craps and $115 on slots - my wife won $10 on blackjack and lost $20 on slots. Another great thing is that table minimums are between $1 (roulette) and $5/$10 blackjack. Just had a great time and glad we went.

The Smallest Casino I Have EVER Seen!
Jan. 2020
This was the most intimate casino gambling I have ever experienced. We took a shuttle to the casino from our resort and were greeted at the front door by doormen/bouncers? LOL Once inside, you walked about 50 feet over to the cashier's window and are given ATM fees back in slot play credits. You could hold a conversation with someone standing at the opposite end of the casino.

It was really clean and nice. One of my machines kept blacking out on me - I was told it was a new machine and the kinks were being ironed out...

One of the people in my party hit a jackpot within the first hour we were there and that was exciting! The craps table was against a divider wall in the room - if you walked too fast, you wouldn't even realize what it was.

Funny thing is that they shuttle you in and shuttle you right back out! I would return, but it's really awkward - it's like being in the High Roller section of a larger casino or the entire non-smoking area.

Had a great time!
Feb. 2020 • Couples
My wife and I visited Provo for a few days and spent most nights at The Casablanca Casino. I enjoyed being able to play on a $5 Black Jack table until 9pm. My wife played slots, and she enjoyed the Wizard of Oz the most. Each night at 9pm they played Deal or No Deal. My wife and I were lucky enough each to be selected on different nights. We won some comp money that allowed us to continue playing a bit longer.

The drinks were plentiful and well made, not watered down. We cannot wait for our next trip to Provo and The Casablanca Casino.

Great birthday experience. Worth checking out.

I’m not a big gambler but we had so much fun we have stopped there every night on our way back home.
If you are used to big casinos or Vegas this may not be for you. For someone who likes to play $5 blackjack and some slots this was perfect.
We went on my birthday and I got a bottle of champagne, a piece of cake and if I gave them may age I money they doubled it for me to play at either the tables or the slots. I chose slots and needed up walking away up $20. The machines are tight with the payouts so if you are like me and don’t like to spend a lot you probably won’t win a lot.
I have not had any bigger wins than $50 but I saw a woman win $1000 and my husband sat down and tried a slot machine, on one try won $130. My husband pretty much stuck to the $5 blackjack table. I played $5 blackjack one night and was up $65 and I am not a serious player. There was only one person at the table if you hit when technically you shouldn’t but it worked for me and was a lot of fun.
Overall the people were great and made my birthday. The employees all would check in with me to make sure I had everything I needed. Unfortunately we were scuba diving the next day so I didn’t take advantage of the free drinks.
It has been a great way to unwind at the end of our busy days.

A very fun place to go while in Turks
Jan. 2020
I went to the Casino with my daughter and my parents. They are expert gamblers, but I had no idea what I was doing. The people running the tables were very kind and helped to explain the rules. We went before dinner when they just opened so there were not a lot of players. I don't think we won any money, but we didn't lose any either so overall a great experience with a very friendly staff. I highly recommend going while in Turks.

Casino was okay, need a few more updated games. Never really saw anyone winning much at the machines. Glad we checked it out but it was nothing special

Fun nights at the Casino!
Nov. 2019
If you have the right expectations, Casablanca is a great night of fun. It is not as nice and clean as a Vegas casino, and not as big, obviously. It can still be a lot of fun. Some of the dealers were great, some were not so fun, but that is kinda how it goes at any casino. Sometimes it was hard to find a chair at the blackjack tables, wish they would have 1-2 more dealers. The free drinks were nice and no smoking was also a plus. Overall we had a great time though!

Small Casino but Fun
Sep. 2019
We like to visit the casino a few times during our visit just for fun. We don't spend a fortune but it's a nice stop for a pre-dinner or post- dinner drink and a bit of roulette to try our luck. The staff is friendly especially Dario. If you can, try to be there for 9 p.m. for the "deal or no deal" game. You may just win some free money to play.

I Am Not A Gambler
Aug. 2019
We were in TCI for someone's 50th birthday and decided to head here around 9pm, so that we'd be in a lively environment when the clock struck midnight for their actual birthday.

They have a free shuttle that picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel.

There is a great number of penny slot machines and we spent nearly 90% of our evening posted at one of them.

Of course with it being a casino, the drinks were free and for some reason they quit serving us about 11pm. Im not sure if it was because we we're really gambling, but riding the wave of the penny machines or if they thought some of the people in our party weren't tipping the waiters on every drink. Either way, we ended up having to get management involved to keep the drinks coming.

One of the waiters, convinced the birthday person to take advantage of the birthday promotion they have. So the way it works is you put in your age in cash and they double that amount. So if you're turning 50, you buy $50 worth of credits and they will give you $50 more. Keep in mind, that until you win over $100, you techncially can't cash out, because you are playing with house money. The birthday girl did end up making $72 off the deal by the end of the night.

They also played a deal or no deal sorta game with several of us. I ended up with $40 off that and after it was all done, won $123 after paying the house back the first $40

Since Im not a gambler, I don't know if it was beginners luck or if people generally win at least what they've put in.

They sent out a bottle of champagne and had someone come out and play happy birthday on some drums and gave the birthday girl a crown and banner as part of the celebration,

We had a good time, and that's all that matters.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review. We are very happy you had a great time at Casablanca celebrating your birthday!! The drink rules are simple, if you are playing, the drinks are free, sorry you had to wait one time. We are happy you took advantage of our birthday promotion. Everything you said was right except you don't have to win over $100, you just have to make $100 in bets, then the cash is all yours! We hope you had a great time in the beautiful Turks and Caicos Islands.
