A visit to this park is worthwhile if you'd like to see a staggering number of Rock Iguanas which can only be found in this area. The beach is very beautiful and provides for a number of great photo opportunities.

They do! They'll even nibble it out of your hand! We watched a few delighted little girls feed them--very cute.

We stopped here as park of a snorkelling trip. Fantasic to see loads of iguanas at close proximity. Beautiful beaches. Atlantic Ocean one side and Caribbean Sea the other. Good for walk around/exploring.

Nic little spot to hit if you hire a boat for half a day...front side of Half Moon Bay which is gorgeous....can free-dive for conch just off the beach and then maybe do some snorkeling.

Take the kayak eco-tour from Blue Haven Marina that includes this stop. It is worth every penny. The island itself has thousands of Iguana in a protected reserve, though only a few came out to say hello. The locals who run the reserve are friendly...More

We took a half-day snorkel tour with Ocean Vibes. The weather did not cooperate too well and it was rainy and cloudy. We stopped at Halfmood Bay on Iguana Island and got off the boat to explore. We walked around the island and saw many...More
