Clean calm water and ample sun loungers placed on the beach, some of the loungers are free, but others have a charge between 25 and 15$. its just to haggle for the best price.

Yes you can but not sure if the price. There are many vendors selling this stuff next to the cruise dock.

No, the chairs, restrooms, sun, sand and water are all free.
