It's not possible to visit Little Tobago and Angel Reef and not visit the Japanese Gardens. It is literally an underwater absolutely beautiful reef. You will see corals, fish and everything in between. Definitely worth it. You can take a day and do all four - Little Tobago, Goat Island, Angel Reef and the Japanese Gardens

Nice, enjoyable dive site; nothing spectacular....saw nurse sharks and morays during the dive. Drift dive, so be prepared (but consistent with a beginner). Recommend over-weighting your BC by two pounds on all these dives since divers have a tendency to float up.
