Nice walk to the waterfall, rocks to sit on, you could swim there but we didn't wish to. Very peaceful and surrounded by rainforest. No facilities but we didn't expect any.

The waterfall is beautiful. This being said the day I went the water was brown. It freaked me out a bit because you can't see the bottom. My swim was short. I made the mistake of wearing flip flops and it's a good 10 minute walk to get to the waterfall. It was very muddy and very slippery. I almost... More

I am from Costa Rica, so I am used to waterfalls in the Rainforest, even so Argyle is surrounded by an interesting secondary forest with a big influence from another former plantation... maybe in the past century somebody planted huge areas of bamboo and today that bamboo is very invasive on the endemic nature. All in all, Argyle waterfall deserves... More

After paying about $12 CDN, my wife and I took the 15-minute walk to the waterfall. For those who've seen few forest waterfalls, Argyle would seem impressive. For us, it was rather average. The several staff members we saw sitting around the entrance should spend more time picking up litter on the trail.

It s a waterfall. Easily accessible, quite high, but still a waterfall. Not worth the 60tt (~9-10€). You pay the same also if not taking the guide and the guides, to be honest, rather prefer watching the tv back in the reception area.

We visited with a family of around 7 of us as part of a island tour. It cost around 60TT dollars which works out at around £8 depending on the rate you get. The cashiers office closes at 5pm in October so if you don't want to pay you could go later but it usually goes dark at 6 so... More

This is a nice experience that the entire family can participate in especially considering the relative ease to access. If you're ever in the area then by all means head to Argyle waterfall for an experience you are sure to enjoy.

I've visited this waterfall time and time again because it's so amazing. There are a total of 4 falls and a pool to swim in each one. The first pool is just a 15 minute stroll, and each following pool you have to hike up about 5 minutes for each, and each pool is above the last. It's quite beautiful... More

Pull up outside and pay your money, about £6 each i think and then its a 20 to 30 min walk to falls along forest trail...muddy and a bit steepish in places and then across some slippery rocks but all doable ...

This was a highlight of our trip. The waterfall is short stroll if you choose to pay $60 TT to drive up. The drive is pretty much off road, however if you take it easy you can make it up in an ordinary car as we did. The falls are fabulous to swim in and getting under the pounding water... More
