Visited here as part of an Island tour. It is the sort of place that I would recommend visiting if you have your own transport thereby enabling you to stay for as long as you want. There are several such beaches around Tobago but the...More
Went to Englishman's Bay today and had a wonderful beach day with a quintessential stop at Eula's restaurant where we had coffee and cake followed by a wonderful scrimp roti and fish and chips for lunch. She serves really good authentic caribbean cooking in a...More
Sadly our visit coincided with an exceptionally rainy period. The bar was closed and the beach covered in washed up bits of palm tree etc, and the water rough and brown! I'm sure it's beautiful normally! The car parking area was rather neglected with litter...More
Went here 30th Sept 18.
Not really a lot you can say about this place, other than it's worth a visit. It's a lovely beach and peaceful, a couple of amenities and that's all really.

Way too late for the person who asked the question - but - we found it all very safe, and stunningly beautiful. We also had a lovely meal in the cafe/restaurant/souvenir shop on the beach. We went several times, and each time was lovely. The sea is great too, but shelves very quickly, so hold on to your kids!
