Visited Mount Irvine Golf Club last week because the Plantations golf course had a competition on, well what a difference, uncut fairways, very poor greens staff sadly lacking in customer care, and the price was horrendous. I realise that this golf course has not been maintained for several years, but there is no justification in charging outrageous green fees when... More

The web site for this course is misleading. Given that this was voted the number 1 Caribbean course in 1994 it has hit rock bottom. I am sure that the professional must be embarrassed to have his name associated with it. Positives. The views are great on some of the holes 17th and 18th. The course design is very good...... More

This was one of the best golf courses in the Caribbean but it continues it's never ending downward spiral to the extent that in January 2015 it was largely unplayable. It has now come to the stage that it needs such a vast amount of money spent on it I have to wonder whether we will soon see it used... More

The only resemblance to a golf course is that fact that there are blocks to tee off from and flags in holes. The course and facilities are in dreadful condition and need an absolute fortune spending on them. We paid to play 18 holes and walked off after 6 as it was so very bad. The staff, however, were lovely... More

My Irvine golf course is a well designed course in a beautiful location. Unfortunately it seems in a downward economic spiral. I bought 7 rounds for TT$1650, buggy TT250 extra. This was a special deal because it had been so wet. The fairways had grass tufts 2ft tall....their mowers could not deal with it. The bunkers were mostly weeds. In... More

Just got back from Tobago. There were perfect waves for surfing close to my Villa and the sea and weather was just fantastic. Mornings around 06:30am, the water was warm and at nights 19;00pm the water was also warm and clear. I couldn't have asked for anything better except I was more focused on working on my place as to... More
