Happened upon Flagstaff Hill during an aimless afternoon drive, and I was surprised by how gorgeous the view was (I just expected the road to end at a simple dead-end). We stayed for the sunset and it was breathtaking. Very simple; just a few benches here and there... it's not a tourist spot. But that's what makes it better. It's a quiet, beautiful spot with a lovely view of Man O' War Bay and all of Charlotteville.

Off the road between Charlotteville and Speyside, Flagstaff Hill offers amazing panoramic views. You get great views of Man O War Bay, down part of the Carib coast, and offshore to the northern edge of Tobago. There's a roundabout at the top of the hill, but no facilities to speak of. A couple benches to sit on, but many points to take great pics from or just feel the ocean breeze. Apparently this was once a lookout post for English and French soldiers, at separate times, and this was obviously the perfect place to watch for potential invaders on the horizon. Worth a 10-15 min stop for pics.
