I try to come here at least once a year. Montreal Gardens is such a spectacular place you cannot but ooh and aah at the colors. Owner Tim Vaughan's genius is in molding nature without too much control, giving an almost jungle garden experience of stunning beauty

I highly recommend a visit to these beautiful gardens. They are a tropical paradise with a variety of wonderful plants and flowers to feast your eyes on! Hidden down each windy corner is another surprise to include a refreshing stream and water pool (that my husband could not resist)! Just a stunning spectacle - enjoy!

Beautifully kept and pleasantly cool on account of the altitude. This was our second visit and it was better than our first (in 1994!)

Literally back-breakingly hacked out of virgin mountainside forest by its owner Douglas Brisbane, it is a testament to what a human being with determination a, vision and creativity can do. Incredible collection of flowers and growth you have never see, in a seting that has to be experienced to be believed.

While these gardens are off the beaten track they are well worth the visit. They have been designed and run by a world class horticulturalist who also had his had in a number of famous gardens in France. Well worth the visit even though it is out of the way.

Thriving tropical garden in the centre of the island. Recommended to me by Anthony Hunte of Hunte's Garden in Barbados. Takes a bit of finding but wel worth a visit.

I visited these gardens with 2 friends in January. What a revelation! It is so beautiful, lush and such a variety of flowering plants, trees and unusual sights. So much to see. We spoke to the owner Vaughan and he explained the amount of hard work and love that has gone into making these gardens what they are. If you... More
