We found this beach to be much quieter and less busier than the Marriott where we stayed, you pay $10 for a sun lounger and the guy sets it up for you. The water was also calmer on this beach so nice to take a dip to cool off - good tanning beach as there is not much shade. You... More

St. Kitts was our favorite port, but Cockleshell beach was just awful! We are from Long Island so we are used to beautiful beaches, and we didn't see one that day. The beach was overcrowded, and loud. we picked up 3 of the "free chairs" and 10 minutes later a worker came over and screamed at us that they aren't... More

We stayed in St Kitts for the week so we had the luxury of coming her mid-afternoon. The positive was having the beach to ourselves after 3pm once the cruise ship passengers were on their way. The negative is they wrap up the beach by 3:30 including the chairs & refreshments. My suggestion is to bring a towel to lounge... More

We recently cruised to St. Kitt's and took a taxi to the beach from the port. The drive was about 20 minutes and we got to see some of the island, which I totally enjoyed. The beach is located on the Caribbean side of the island which means the water is much calmer. The waters on the Atlantic side of... More

Nice beach with chair rentals. I had a 30 min massage on the beach 💆🏼. If you want to save some $ walk down toward Reggae beach and rent a chair (not as comfy.) Reggae beach was a fun spot that I would visit next trip.

Thesis the beach you are being transported to when you arrive with a cruise ship and want to go to the beach. It is a 20 minutes drive from the harbor. If you take a shared taxi they charge you $7 person per ride. The beach is ok. Normally you are dropped at the northern part but the southern part... More

Be sure to have water shoes. Nice place to visit relax and enjoy the warm sun and carribbevn water. There are places to eat but remember everything you will need because it's a bit of a hike but well worth it.

I went on a day when two cruise ships were in town so the beach was quite busy. However, there were still many great spots on the beach and chairs to rent! Go see Debbie at Loo-keys, he's a charmer. The water is calm and perfect to take a dip. The taxi ride is $24 US from Frigate Bay (up... More
