Stunning beach in lovely surroundings.Fantastic walks around. Be aware the walk from the beach is uphill so if anyone is slightly infirm to bear this in mind. The cafe is very good with delicious scones and coffee which we really enjoyed.

Last visited here 30 years ago and now returning with own children. Still as lovely as remembered. Very clean beach and wonderful backdrop and views. National Trust parking a bonus as we are members.

Visited early August with kids. We all tried bodyboarding and loved it. Suitable for adults and kids. The sea was lovely and clear. We went back another day and the sea was totally flat so the kids did some crabbing and snorkeling which they loved....More

There is no part of the beach where dogs are allowed I am afraid from May till September. You can take them down the road as far as the cafe and it's OK to sit outside the cafe with your dog but you can't take them on the... More

Hi, from where you are, go to Nefyn, then Nefyn to Tudweillog, and follow the Tudweillog to Aberdaron road, and then look for signs for Porthor. This should take you to the car park, then just walk down the road, very... More
