Mixing Bowl never disappoints! There is always plenty there to see. This trip, we saw several southern stingrays, a golden ray, 3 large barracudas under the boat, several large lobsters, plus plenty of the 'regular things', including French Angel Fish, file fish, and a fuzzy centipede-type worm.

Anchor in 20-30' with a sandy patch at 40' Pop up and over the wall down to 110' while the wall continues to 3000+' The canyons and trenches connecting the sandy patch and the wall are visually spectacular. Lots of life in the sand with sting rays, sandivers, trigger fish and beautiful coral heads. Plenty of turtles swimming by.

They call this the mixing bowl because it is teaming with life, and boy is it. Very pretty dive site. My favorite of our week of diving.

At the confluence of Bloody Bay Wall and Jackson Bite on the north side of the island, so quite varied terrain and so many sea creatures. Beautiful.

Mixing Bowl is just off of the Bloody Bay Marine Park in Little Cayman. This was one of our two most outstanding dives for several reasons. Our first dive went to 100 feet for 50 minutes. We saw two enormous male loggerhead turtles and I swam within a foot of them. Beautiful eyes, massive, clean, sturdy shells. Next we saw... More

This dive site is where the wall meets the reef and, thus, you get the best of both worlds. There are always sting rays in the sand at this site. Great swim through that brings you out on the wall between 80-100 feet. Great night dive as well!

My wife and snorkeled here from a dive boat. It was a great location. There were plenty of fish and we saw a hawksbill turtle hiding out under a coral head. We got some awesome pictures of him too.

It is at the intersection of Bloody Bay Wall and Jackson's Reef. The shear drop of the wall begins at the end of the sloping coral plain of Bloody Bay, while the plain of Jackson's is interrupted by a sand boulevard with a mini wall shore ward and the deep wall sea ward. That boulevard begins at the mooring site.... More

We were able to dive the "Mixing Bowl" twice. There is a lot to see and the sting rays sleeping in the same were amazing. At one point we saw 3 sleeping in a row.

Great dive! We came at this dive from two different angles! I could've spent hours there. Such an amazing dive with schools of fish and huge lobster.
