This is my husband and I's send time taking the bio tour and as well took the Mangrove tour with Tom as the guide. Our initial experience with booking the tours with Lisha was very pleasant and accommodating. Tom is very knowledgeable and passionate about both of these tours. I would recommend both of these tours to anyone going to... More

My wife and I went on the latter evening excursion to the Bioluminescent Bay off Rum Point in Grand Cayman last week (we chose the later 9PM tour) and had a great time. The process was very easy and Cayman Kayaks arranged transit from Georgetown for us. The tour itself was quite fun with an interesting group of people and... More

Kayaking at night to see the bioluminescent plankton was a different adventure than we would normally do. It is rare to see and we thought the tour would be worthwhile. Our guide, David, was very informative. We enjoyed everything about the tour, pricing was a bit high, but what isn't on the island? We stayed at Seven Mile Beach and... More

This tour was interesting but so over priced it just wasn't worth it. We were all expecting so much more but it is like a white light shining on bubbles from your paddle and hands. The stars were totally awesome and there is a sense of adventure kayaking in the dark. Our guide was very informative and a nice guy... More

Thanks for giving the guides a 3* I'm sorry this natural phenomenon wasn't up to your expectations. Unfortunately media and movies may have made your expectations higher than we could have produced for you. Our company believes in quality and fairness and we are saddened that you feel ripped off. If there is anything we can do to rectify this... More

The bad: It is a bit pricey - think it was $49 per person not including tip at the end. It was windy our night - so while it was not an issue for my wife and I, there were a few kayaks working pretty hard to keep up. The good: Our guide was super nice and informative. I got... More

Thank you for your review! We frown on swimming because of the lotions and bug repellents that people wear on their skin and in their hair. These mice-organisms are harmed by lotions and sprays so we are trying to save bio bay from being wiped-out. Surely if you really, really wanted to swim you could have 'fallen out' of your... More

We took the night bioluminescence kayak tour. It is definitely a unique experience, as there are few places in the world that have this type of natural phenomenon, but I felt the price does not make it a good deal. It was around $60 US per person for about an hour-hour and a half of touring and looking at what... More

We have taken two tours with this company - bioluminescent tour last year, and mangrove paddle this year - and both met our expectations and were well organized. The tour guides are quite knowledgeable, and did their best to answer all our questions. Some have complained about mosquitoes and other insects but those were not a problem for us in... More

We did this tour on December 21 at 11 p.m. They added the 11 p.m. time due to demand. The water was peaceful and our guide (Sean?) was very knowledgeable. We had a great group and had a good time. We hung out at Rum Point for about an hour before the trip and didn't have the mosquito problems it... More

Thanks for your review! Yes, Sean was your guides name. The mosquitoes are usually around right at and after sunset for about 20 minutes. More

This is not The Life of Pi...First, our guide (Thomas) was fantastic, we went out on the last tour of 2014 and he was just as friendly, engaged, knowledgeable, passionate and patient as you would hope for! The tour, again manage your expectations...if you've seen previous bioilluminscence in all it's glory this will perhaps not compare, there is a lot... More

Bioluminescence in the movie Life Of Pi is a real phenomenon that happens out in the open sea in different places around the World. However, it is not consistent. And hard to find and track. This Bioluminescent Bay we go to is year round. Guaranteed to see bioluminescence. You don't see it, the trip is free. I would like to... More

First off we had dinner at Rum Point before meeting up with these guys and we got eaten alive by mosquitoes. We read our confirmation which said not to use bug spray. We were all miserable for days with terrible bites. So be aware. The area where you wait is crawling with insects that bite. The kayaking itself was quite... More

Thank you for your review! The website and confirmation e-mail says please refrain from using bug spray containing DEET as it is detrimental to the organisms that we go out to see. It never said don't spray. More
