What a day this was on my bucket list since 1991 and I finally made it. Other than the birth of my kids this was the most amazing day of my life 😀 The tame calm stingrays are only a 10 min boat ride offfof...More

We got there by Royal Caribbean. It’s a short walk from the pier to Captain Marvin’s office . If you want a more up close and personal experience I highly recommend going with Captain Morgan. Your boat won’t be loaded with a huge crowd like...More

Some people call this a tourist trap, but not me. I've been to GC twice, and both times went to Stingray City. If I went back, I would go again! I think it's pretty awesome! I held a stingray! I also hand fed them, how...More

I would recommend anyone go and visit Stingray City off the Grand Cayman Islands. Go with a group. It is amazing. There are hundreds of stingray out in the ocean on a beautiful white sand bar. You can...with caution...touch them. Our boat pilot actually got...More

This was an awesome time. You go out into the ocean to a sandbar where these magnificent gentle creatures hang out totally free to come and go as they please. I held, kissed and got a back massage from a large pregnant stingray named Booboo....More

Stingray City is a must do in the Cayman Islands! It really is unique to this island and not something you can do elsewhere. The water is shallow and crystal clear. If you have a good tour guide, they will help you interact with them...More

A short boat ride out to the sandbar where hundreds embark at a time to mingle and feed the friendly stingrays which swim around your legs. The coolest experience that I've personally done over the past 20 years. Great for the kids too.

Stingray City is amazing!! We booked a tour to visit through Captain Marvins. (See my review of them) I think I would go visit the stingrays every time I'm in Cayman - it was that much fun! I don't recommend it for children who are...More

Even for an experience diver like me it is always great to bring people to Stingray City and interact with the stingrays. Kids are thrilled and the stingrays are so tamed and friendly. There are many operators in the island that will take you to...More

You have to take a boat. Pretty sure you can only go to the sandbar by tour. Pick a small tour as it is more personal and in morning so not so many other boats are around.
