Very enjoyable dive site when we were on the Cayman Aggressor. The coral was very colorful with yellow tube sponges, red ropes, feather dusters, and anemones. The wall had numerous sea fan coral which fish swam in and around - great for pics! The coral and color was the best part. Made for some dramatic underwater scenery.

Lots of coral. Mostly healthy. Highly recommend if you are in the area (North side, towards the East end). There is a main pinnacle and its close to the wall, so light comes and goes as you corkscrew around the main pinnacle. Definitely worth the extra time to get to this site.

We dove Babylon when we were aboard the Cayman Aggressor. We did 2 afternoon dives. The diving in the Caymans is warm and beautiful. I did not see anything notable on this dive but it was relaxing and lovely.

Babylon, like the other wall dive sites in the area, is beautiful. I go for small critters mostly, wire coral shrimp, neck crabs, etc. But don't miss the life on top of the reef while you're on your way back to the boat. There are scorpion fish, eels, nimble spray crabs, peacock flounders, and much more in the sand and... More

Good diving and warm water 84°. Coral active here, good fish, small stuff and clear water. Parrot and trigger fish all over.

This is a really long swim out to the wall, and it seemed the first 300 yards was shallower than 15-feet. There were a few rows of breakers when we dove it, so we dropped under as soon as we could and stayed under as long as possible coming in, riding the swells. You need to have good air consumption... The Babylon pinnacles are deservedly recognised as one of the best dive sites in the world. They can be done as a shore dive but far easier and less stressful to jump off a boat. This site has some of the best collection of colourful sea fans and sponges anywhere and is comparible to Bloody Bay Wall on LC. It's... More

Best shore dive in Cayman if you are up for the swim. LOCK YOUR CAR!! We had an attempted break in while we were in the water. Even that can't take away the magic that is Babylon. Eagle Rays, Turtles, and some of the best vertical scenery in Cayman. Don't miss it. You will have to beg the boats to... More

At the very parking spot pictured above, our rental car was robbed, and over $500 stolen from our three wallets. Another dive family's car parked there at the same time was also vandalized. At least the diving was good, and we made some new dive friends that day. Police were nice but very slow. I doubt the thieves will ever... More

Awesome dive, first of our trip to the East end. Babylon has a cool spire you circle around starting about 100 feet down. The images of the wall, fans, spire and fish are very clear on my mind.
