Anegada or the "drowned island" is completely surrounded by shallow reefs, and has become the focal point of underwater diving due to the many historic shipwrecks that litter the island's underwater depths.

This was our second visit to Cow Wreck beach. Visiting with the family members who own/run the bar and gift shops is a treat. They are warm and friendly, make great drinks and have reasonable prices in the shops. The beach is second to none!!!

We hired a plane and flew from Beef to Anegada, I highly recommend it. We Pre-booked the lobster in advance. After we went snorkelling and we saw some flamingos, next time we will hire mopeds to see more of the island. Xxx

The sail up from Virgin Gorda was lovely--dolphins!--and in retrospect I wish we'd either had a longer day here or made it into an overnight as there is quite a bit to explore on Anegada--or, if lounging on the beach is your thing, this little...More

There is a ferry that goes to Anegada three times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday and if you are lucky also Sunday. You can check online beforehand on the departure and arrival times.
