Getting there is not easy -road bumpy with deep holes and not suitable for a regular car (although we did it with a minivan). But once you're there you forget everything and you're faced with an idyllic, heaven-like, absolutely stunning beach. Palm trees offer shade and a beach bar the basics (water, drinks, food). One of the best experiences we've... More

White sugar sand beaches with warm vistas. Beautiful beach that reveals hidden treasures to people of all ages. This is a hidden treasure for swimmers, snorkelers, and boaters looking for quiet bliss.

Beautiful curved beach with very good snorkeling. We sat under the sea-grape trees for hours and hours and swam and snorkeled in the calm aqua colored waters. Nigels, at the right side of the beach served the best rum punches that we tasted during our two weeks in the islands.

Nice beach to go to when the Northern Swell makes it rough at other North facing beaches. Roads there are a little rough put certainly passable.

The beach is amazing. Nigel is great! Just don't park in back of his van. He can be a bit overloaded when he has a few customers but if your patient enough you will have one of the best hot dogs or jerk chicken ever made. Smuggler's cove was probably the best beach to visit.

We visited this beach on a recent Disney Cruise. My research paid off. As we pulled into the parking lot we saw this beautiful secluded beach with lovely sand and beautiful walk into entry. No rocks! Crystal blue! Warm! Calm! We spread out our belongings and thoroughly enjoyed the day. We had booked ahead of time a private taxi and... More

Probably the best beach on the island, but it can get busy... because it's probably the .... Go to the west end of long Bay and where the road runs out, turn up the hill and immediately turn sharp right up a crazy short slope (keep to the right side as there is a darned great hole in the road... Lovely beach but hard to get to,very rough road once you leave long beach, had the use of a car so drove very slowly When you get there if you want to snorkel go to left hand side of beach, very good. There is a bar for food and drinks called Nigel's. Worth the trip and during the week it's quite... More

This beach, down a very hazardous road (think flat tire), was pretty busy during a mid-week day. Granted, it was February which is the high season, but one visit was enough for me. The far end is much less crowded as it has a more rocky water entry. It does have some snorkeling, though very unimpressive if you've been to... More

This beach is very pretty. The waves are a little rough for the Caribbean. There is a stand with a guy who serves food and drink. He's rude and disorganized. And oddly many people were indulging his rudeness...profusely thanking him and being overly nice. It's a very weird thing that goes on there. We waited at least an hour and... More
