- DevinebeeYatton, United Kingdom70 contributionsWell worth the visit.Beautiful waterfall in a beautiful setting. Visited whilst on a 2 week holiday in St Lucia. The botanical gardens were stunning, lots of information about each plant and leading up to the beautiful waterfall. It was explained that we could not bathe in it before entering.Visited January 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 26 January 2024
- Terry AnzurJupiter, Florida1,869 contributionsFalls and FlowersGlad we arrived early to do a self-guided walk through the lovely botanical garden. We had a detailed explanation of the island plant life on the Tet Paul hike we did earlier the same day and didn’t need to hear it again. The highlight of the gardens is the waterfall photo op. There’s a steady stream of tour groups, but everyone manages to get the photo with the help of the patient guides. No swimming, but you can buy a ticket to get in a tub of volcanic water nearby. I’d recommend swimming at Piton Falls instead.Visited February 2024Travelled with familyWritten 3 March 2024
- Rhonda R52 contributionsIt’s beautiful!Beautiful botanical gardens, mineral baths, and waterfall! You can’t swim in the waterfall but you do get to get in the warm mineral baths. They have people outside gate to guide you but we always choose to go on our own at our own pace. It only takes about 45 min to see everything.Visited April 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 10 April 2024

Me and my family decided to visit Diamond falls on our vacation. We were really looking forward to visiting there and was really excited. Upon arriving there we payed a total of $135 for us all. Therefore was an advertisement and everything we looked forward to it all. Whiles waking we looked at the site which was wonderful but when we came to the waterfall we saw that we couldn't bathe which we were upset about that we wasn't informed about it. Arriving at the so call mineral water we saw that there was only 1 pull and a family was already there which we weren't informed about we requested a refund or half of our cash and only got $22 I am really not satisfied with this and it makes me so upset.

We visited the falls directly from the Mud Bath to get "power washed" and that is what it felt like. Cool, refreshing, cleansing and.. a good pummeling if you linger under the falling water! It is not a huge waterfall but gorgeous like an oasis with lush tropical plants and trees all around it. If you go in I suggest you wear water shoes as the pond is full of stones and the pathways are gravel....and hang on to your suit if you go under the flow!

So this waterfall is average at best....the botanical gardens are the real gem to this spot...Most people I am sure like myself have seen bigger or better waterfalls but what makes this one different is the setting of the gardens around it. If you are arriving on a cruise ship this would or should be one of the last trips to consider while on the this beautiful island unless it is included in another package deal with another activity. If you are visiting the island for an extended period of time then check with your hotel and visit on a day when there is no cruise ships in port so you have more time to explore the botanical gardens at more leisurely pace.

Pretty little waterfall with its mineral coloured rocks. This is situated at the back of and within the botanical gardens.
Nice to see whilst your there but not worth a trip out by itself. You can't go under the falls or into the water like at touraille falls

I really enjoyed my walk through this enchanted garden to Diamond Waterfall. It was a welcome break from the beach or other more touristy sites. My bf and I spent about an hour exploring the garden in the cool shade, appreciating all the flora and fauna. The waterfall was beautiful!

The waterfalls are located at the end of the Botanical Gardens. It is in a very picturesque location and makes for a good photo. They are not particularly high falls but the mineral content gives off different colours depending on the time of day. There is no access to the falls themselves. Worthwhile visit because it also combines a visit to the botanical gardens and mineral baths

A stop for many of course, tour groups after tour groups. Lots of local vendors available to sell items as well. Not a long stop but a beautiful one for a photo op.

Were you able to just walk up and pay the 7$? Everything I keep finding is about 100$; however, this 1 place has everything we are wanting to do in St. Lucia - the waterfall, mineral bath, and mud bath. I know they are extra fee's, but I did not know if it had to be through an excursion or could we go alone.
Thanks!

I went as part of an excursion so it was all included. I'm sure you could go by yourself but would check with your resort if that's where you are.
