We walked to this beach after eating at Jade Mountain because of all the great reviews. We got there and it is a more secluded beach, but nothing special . If you aren’t staying at the resort you have to pay to use the chairs...More

Very pretty beach. We walked from Anse Chastenet to get to this beach. It's less than a 10 minute walk, but if you are carrying a lot of stuff, it can be tiresome. It was pretty secluded and very peaceful. The water is completely flat...More

A short walk from the Anse Chastanet main beach to a quiet uncrowded sister beach. Mamin is perhaps the prettiest beach we saw on St. Lucia. Food, drink and service made it worth a second trip.

As others have commented, it's a roughly 20 minute drive on an incredibly bumpy, ill-kept road to reach this area. It's not enjoyable. (A water taxi is another possibility those coming from any distance may want to consider). Once you reach the parking area, you...More

I am so glad that I read about this beach on tripadvisor. We road the ridiculously bumpy rode out to Anse Chastenet and it would have OK to stay there, but taking the path to the left of the beach around to Anse Mamin was...More

This beach take a bit to get to but is well worth it. If your driving, the road is a horrendous uphill climb, then back down to Anse Chastenet. You can park here for free then walk to the beach staying right until you get...More

My husband and I LOVED the day we spent at Anse Mamin. This beach is much quieter than the main beach at Anse Chastanet with excellent service, great burgers, and access to the full bar. There are minimum chars keeping this beach very romantic and...More

It's all good! Order different things and share. Fish burgers, ceviche and gazpacho were our favorites, all washed down with a cold Piton beer. Doesn't get any better!!

It is quite far from the cruise ships. Depending on how much time you have, you might do better to find something closer.

Hi Stephanie, Whilst at Ladera, you can get a bus or taxi to Balenbouche Estate, about 15-20 mins south of Ladera. They have some beautiful ruins there. It's a very easy journey.
