These waters are some of the best and one of the only places in the world to regularly see Pygmy and Dwarf sperm whales as well as Sperm whales, pilot whales and false killer whales. Really great crew as well! I Have seen Frazor's dolphins,...More

The tour departs within walking distance of the cruise port. A very boring 3 1/2 hour tour. No bites despite 7 lines out. The highlight of the trip were 3 dolphins swimming by the boat.

I first toured with Captain Mike back in 1979—these guys are friendly, fun and know their stuff! I'm happy to support this local family business, just minutes away from ocean paradise. An authentic experience, I can't wait to go back!

The crew of Captain Mike’s were all easy going, jolly and down to earth but the tour guide in particular who goes by the name “Doctor Feel Good”, was the life of the party! He ensured I had fun and was well taken care of from...More

We paid a high fee but only saw flying fish in three and a half hrs. I wonder what proportion of trips do actually see whales. At the end we were told 'Better luck next time' which was very irritating because holiday makers are unlikely...More

Hi There. We are very sorry that you were not lucky enough to encounter any of our wonderful marine mammals on your recent trip. Our sighting success is over 90% but there is never any guarantee. We love that our resident whales and dolphins are...More

Interesting 1/2 day trip . We left out of Castries Marina which was alright except it took over an hour to get there because of the stops and the traffic. Started at 7:15 in the morning and got to the boat start on the boat...More

Whale and Dolphin watching aboard Captain Mike’s vessels. This is a truly professional business; we were collected from Hotel by a modern Pick-up truck, chariot in rear. We battled St Lucia’s traffic jams and arrived harbour side. Cannot rate crew and managers highly enough. A...More

Great excursion from our cruise ship. Seas were choppy and a few rain showers but our captain (Haines) was great. He took fabulous care of my wife who was very wary of motion sickness. He put her at ease and took great interest in her...More

Sometimes whale watching trips turn out to be dolphin watching when the whales don't cooperate. However, the numerous pods of dolphins make for an exciting adventure as they swim as if in formation like a drill team. Many will jump out the water at the...More

Hi There Thanks for getting in touch. The tour varies depending on where we have been seeing the dolphins and whales recently, but we almost always go within sight of the pitons. Hope this helps. Kim
