We visited reduit beach while on a cruise. The beach was very crowded and we were harassed by vendors. The beach was beautifull, but as 3 cruise ships were in there was too much people. Would return if not so much ships in port. We were $42 for 3 adults return.

We thought this was the best sandy beach in St. Lucia. Clear blue water with lots of fish. No reef, though.

We really enjoyed our time on Reduit beach. It's especially peaceful when there isn't a ship (or 3) visiting the island. I brought beach mats with us because I think 20$US is a lot for a chair and umbrella, and they were perfectly fine. There are plenty of restaurants close by, if you're looking for food and also there are... More

We have been to St Lucia three times and stay at the Coco Palm - it's set back from the beach. The local end has character and Maries shack where all seem to end up eventually. There's a local mongrel dog - a crowing cockrel and two ladies sweeping the beach - over the week-end the locals party here. Go... More

The beach is very nice however my wife and I could not go three minutes without someone harassing us to buy something. Even when you politely say no, they linger around or try to hold you in a conversation. As soon as one goes, another approaches... you have to go in the water to hide.. and even then the jet... Safe beach with lots of water activities. There was some beach vendors trying to sell jewelry, food and drinks. They were not too aggressive. There was no nudity or drugs on the beach, that I had seen.

Beautiful, one mile long beach. Fine sand and shallow turquoise waters. Some days huge waves and big tides, but gorgeous.

We had one day in St Lucia as a cruise ship stop. We arranged a cruise of the island and a stay at the beach thru the local taxi company. The beach we agreed on was Reduit Beach. We enjoyed the tour and although we only had about 2 hours at the beach but it was enough that we are... More

Our extended family of seven from 6 to 60 years enjoyed Reduit Beach twice among visiting other beaches and many Saint Lucia activities and adventures. Pros - right in town so easy to get to, lots of free parking, lots of food and beverage options nearby, great swimming, floating water park ($ fee), lovely view, nice beach. Cons - fairly... More

We were recommended to visit this beach by a couple of locals. It is a nice beach (were told the nicest on the island). A bit crowded and a lot of competition for the rating of the chairs and umbrellas. The Spinnaker Restaurant on the beach was great food.
