Great place to learn about Vieques history and the navy military practices on the Island. There are still active bombs in the land and waters!

The island has done an amazing job restoring this fortress. There are many well preserved and well displayed artifacts. Well worth the winding drive up the hill to see it. Parking is ample but it's a bit tricky getting your car at the right angle...More

Visiting the fort is a great rainy day activity or if you just need some time out of the sun. The fort has been restored and offers beautiful views of Isabel and the harbor. There is no entrance fee, although donations are accepted and appreciated....More

We love to learn about the places we are visiting and this museum was full of interesting information. My children were fascinated by the map of the bombs on and around the island. The views were great as well.

Upgrading the exhibitions after upgrading the outdoor painting. The museum is the center of Vieques social justice and has a good book store on the resistance and access to local artists and talent.

We visited the museum twice while there and loved the views, and the staff at the museum were so fun and kind! Great place for pictures and history, as well as art.

We enjoyed the view but there really isn't much else there. I'm a history buff but the information presented is minimal. You'll learn about the dispute between the locals and US Navy but not much else of interest. Worth going for the view if time...More

These guys are fun ... we went to Fortin Conde de Mirasol as our very last adventure before heading off to drop our Jeep back at the rental office. We were looking for the relic of the ancient 4000-year-old man that was found on Vieques...More
