We went on this tour in April, 2018 with Blackbeard. In full disclosure, they are very up front in noting that the bay is not recovered (back to pre hurricane activity). when you book. They will only schedule tours when the moon is fairly dark....More

This was a true thrill of a life time. We were in clear kayaks and the colors were phenomenal. Just be sure to listen to the guides & don’t wear perfume, lotion, etc that will ruin the nature of that bay!

It's not back to pre-Hurricane standards yet but it's still worth going. You can splash your hand in the water and still see flickering. Also, the stars are breathtaking!

Unfortunately, the Bay is in recovery mode. The tour was very informative. The natural wonder has been compromised by the storm. We were told it is slowly coming back. The kayaking was very enjoyable.

This was absolutely amazing! If you’re in Vieques, you HAVE to do this! We kayaked around the bay and had breathtaking views of the stars as well as the bioluminescent bay.
