Beautiful place, my favorite beach on the island. Be sure to rent a car if possible. It's a small island but not walk-able outside of the downtown area.

I love Luquillo Beach for its calm waters but Caracas is still the best beach. There is a seaweed thing going on in Vieques these days and with the construction of a parking lot and paved road the beach was busier than in 2016 when...More

We really loved this beach. Not only is it pristine, with amazing blue water, it has good cover in the form of covered picnic tables as well as palm trees. It also has a calm side and a slightly rougher side if you’re looking for...More

This is one of the top beaches in the world! I know, because I have traveled to beaches from Ecuador, Mexico, Costa Rica, USA, Hawaii, and more. Though I wouldn't call it a surf beach.

This Beach is amazing. Clean, clear and warm blue water. Good for snorkeling. No shells or rocks on the beach. This beach was worth the drive.

Great beach to walk, jump waves or enjoy the sun and sand. We spent an afternoon here and loved it. Not a lot of shade unless you want to be back a bit from.the sand and water so plan accordingly.

The beaches on Vieques are amazing. It’s hard to pick just one to review, and you can't go wrong on the South Shore. This beach has beautiful, sandy shores and amazingly clear water. We were even lucky enough to get a picnic shelter. We found...More

We went on a Friday and it was so beautiful. There was one other couple on the beach with me and my three friends for about 45 minutes. Take the drive. You won't regret it!

You will need a vehicle or transportation to the beach as it is not in "town" but not necessarily a jeep. There are paved roads right up to the beach.
