I really enjoyed the Art Deco style of the building interior. The displays are interesting also: don't miss the one out back about Morse in Puerto Rico. Staff are friendly and helpful.

History to the max. Beautiful original house //architecture fascinating and the museum is well thought out. Divided in themes. Excellent personelll. Just ask and they will explain and give you an inside tour. Great , was really impressed with the history and beauty!!!!!

All in Spanish around 4-5 rooms but hey have an English brochure that explains the themes of the interesting displays. Very friendly staff. worth a short look even if you don't speak Spanish and its free

Excellent Museum. Well maintained. Everybody should visit it. Admission is free. One of the best attractions in Ponce.

I suspect you can learn everything there is to know about Ponce at the Museum of the History of Ponce. Unfortunately, all of the information is in Spanish, although there is an English brochure that gives you an overview and you don't need an interpreter...More

Displays were primarily in Spanish, but there were a few English bits and there were quite a few rooms to walk through. Free admission, open everyday (I believe). Most Ponce museums are closed on Tuesday, but this one isn't. Interesting, and worth a visit, but...More

I'm not sure if the people tending the museum will know about him, but there are many displays with items of/about local businesses, so you might find some more information there. I suggest you contact the museum directly.
