No fee to get in on this self tour and only takes about 30 minutes to see it all. So cool to see the lions and firetruck. Really neat to see firemen stuff from all over and the building stands out. A nice local treasure.

Boring, no real guides on site.People very stuck up and pretentious. It was a building made for a world gathering event and then donated to use as a museum for the fire department. 10 minutes max to see what they are displaying.

This museum was very interesting. As a history lover, I enjoyed learning about different artifacts in this museum. The painted lions have a neat backstory. One thing against this place is, it has no AC. Thankfully Ponce PR is relatively cool. That building however was...More

Very knowledgeable (and bilingual) guide, Israel, gave us the whole story. He also showed us the fire truck's motor and he ran the siren and rang its bell. Cool. Interesting decorated lions upstairs.

Beautiful historic place to visit. This place also provided a trolley that could take you around the historic places in Ponce.

Went there on our vacation and its a quick visit. There is not much to see and the surrounding area is pretty dirty. What we really liked about it was the pizza shop about a block away that cooks pizza in a brick oven.

It's an important part of the Ponce History, staff very friendly, they keep it really clean. If you want to know more about Ponce, this is a great place to start.

The police and firemen were very nice to a strange that did not know how to speak Spanish. It was awesome to see and to hear the history of this firehouse.

They have a trolley running withing certain hours of the day. But service is very limited, so you should relly on your feets to walk around the center, and your car to go to the different atractions out of the center.
