The plaza design is very nice and painteresque and lovely, yet the people are not very open with foreign people making it very uncomfortable to walk around and bad for tourism. I stayed in the Ponce Plaza and Casino and me and my husband felt...More

My family and I took in the main sights of this area late one afternoon, picked up some Kings Cream, then got the heck out as aggressive panhandling made us feel fery unsafe. Will not return.

Central square with large fountain and center large church surrounded to banks and government buildings. There are some decent hotels too. And a casino. And some limited nightlife with bars and eateries nearby.

There's not much to see and do at La Plaza De Delicias. Yes, there's the cathedral and Parque de Bombas along with some statues of lions, but overall this is a depressed area.
