Commemorates San Juan's first woman mayor. She started a program to bring education to young pre-school children that inspired JFK to take back to the mainland US as the Head Start program. Our guide had been a beneficiary of this program, and was so grateful.

This is the house and museum of Felisa Rincon de Gautier, a famous former mayor of San Juan. I knew little of her before the visit but found her history and artifacts to be noteworthy
