We're glad to hear that Roberto handled the flat tire situation well. It's important to note that sensors for tire pressure on the 2009 Ford models are notorious for glitching and staying on, and different from newer models, there is no option to turn them off. Please be assured that we constantly check tire pressure and the overall tire condition for our clients' security. Furthermore, upon inspection at the tire shop, it was discovered that a nail had punctured the tire.
