Front desk employee (older man) was very friendly and provided us with a general orientation of the exhibits. Tickets are very affordable: as students we paid ~$3 (score!). Garden...More

The Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico is a great museum, if not underrated. I was one of only a few people in the museum, which was surprising because there are some really wonderful exhibits. I was glad I checked it out.

We were having coffee at Hacienda San Pedro and decided to visit the museum... to our surprise it is closed on Tuesdays. At least the lady gave us some information to share with all! Check out my pictures with the information!

A solid collection of local artists, and a great place to get acquainted with the PR art scene. The museum shop ladies were very generous with their time and advice. Fond memories. A solid address.

This museum is a great spot to explore. It's not in Old San Juan so you'll need to make sure you have transportation there. Make sure you check out the outdoor spaces as well.
