All part of old San Juan and worth a visit. Some nice shops (not many) and restaurants - the architecture and colours are what make it. Worth a visit. Wear comfortable shows and a sun hat.

We were staying at CasaBlanca while visiting Old San Juan which is located right on Fortaleza Street. From this street you can access a lot of places. We basically use this street as the point of reference no matter where we went.

I am not sure what I expected from visiting the Caribbean Islands for the first time, I enjoyed Puerto Rico, as it was the first one visited, but I have to say the rest were all very similar, and did not excite me very much

This street is always busy. Lots of shops and restaurants up and down the whole area. Traffic seems to be constant all hours.

Loved the blue cobblestone streets. Fun touring the fort. Beautiful water views. Good activity even on a rainy day!

Fortaleza is a really fun street to walk and shop. The buildings are a variety of colors which gives it a very Caribbean feel. We did a little shopping, which was fun and everyone was very friendly. Watch for cars though, it's a cramped drive.

This is a fun street with shopping, bars and restaurants. As a matter of fact, my favorite restaurant ever is on this street. If you're here, have dinner or drinks at Marmalade. I promise you will not be disappointed!

Several squares with beautiful design were there. It is 5 min.by walk to tourist information, harbor and...More

Lovely old street, very narrow European style. Lots of shops selling just about everything. Sidewalks are narrow; single file often needed. Even if you are not a shopper, it is worth a stroll.

If I'm not too late, I found the best deal for the money with great food and service was Tijuana's, at Calle Marina which is in Old San Juan along the water.

I concur. Either take the free trolley into and around old san Juan or park near the Sheraton.
