Nice ride to the Island, nice people, great you picked out a fresh lobster, but the island itself needs a little cleaning, could use some garbage cans or something. Nice view from the island

We went with Captain Raymond, He showed us a fantastic time. There are no buildings on this island, no bathrooms either. We had beers and snorkeled, A good time, but it wasn't my favorite thing to do with Captain Raymond.

Yes it is. Privately owned condos. But they rent them out.
