We were on a cruise that stopped in Jamacia. Peter was our guide and he was fantastic. Would highly recommend this tour and Peter as your guide. He was very informative of the area as he drove us to our stops. We also stopped at local place to eat and it was wonderful. I highly recommend Jaital to booking tours. So much cheaper than booking through cruise line and so much individual attention. Peter made sure we were taken care of at each stop. Fantastic! !!!!!!!!!!

Booked Negril Beach & Margaritaville w/Ricks Café tour through Jaital. The original Catamaran trip that we wanted to do was not available on Sunday and I was promptly refunded the extra deposit on my credit card. We paid the balance in cash, along with the voucher, to the driver who came to pick us at our hotel at 10 AM as per the email instructions. Jeremy was polite and courteous. He was wearing some kind of a uniform. The vehicle was more than adequate for the 3 in my family. The van appeared new and was immaculate from the inside. Jeremy drove us from Mobay to Negril and talked about various interesting spots on the way. He gave us a lot of information about Jamaica ranging from culture, economy, sports, to politics. The 2 hours drive went quickly and soon we reached Margaritaville restaurant. Jeremy told us that we can take as long as we liked on the beach before he would drive us to Rick's cafe. We spent about 3 hours on the beach and took a Glass bottom boat tour to Booby Cay where we snorkeled and ate lobster on the beach. Jeremy took us to Rick's cafe before making a quick stop for shopping and visiting the lighthouse. At Rick's cafe we had ample time to first do some cliff jumping and then watching the sunset. It was almost 6:30 PM by the time we left Negril. Jeremy was very careful driving as it started to get dark and we felt very safe with his driving skills. We were back in our hotel in sufficient time to have a nice dinner. Of the 3 tour companies we ended up using in Jamaica (one to Dunn's River Falls & Mystic mountain and the other for airport transfer) we found our experience with Jaital to be the best.

I don't recall our driver ever introducing himself to us... and be aware that they do not pick you up wearing anything that says Jaital. The van doesn't even have Jaital on it. The driver found our group in the hotel lobby about 15 minutes after the pick-up time, but he may have been there on time just looking for us. He was a great driver, courteous and nice. The air conditioning in the van was put on high but he would not turn it all the way to cold so it was kind of warm in the van. He dropped us off at Margaritaville in Negril for 2 hours. Unfortunately, my daughter got stung by a large jellyfish to her face there. Luckily, the lifeguard put on some ointment and told us to go to the bar to get vinegar to put on it. That worked like a charm. The beach was very nice. The driver was prompt at picking us up. If we had known the "local shopping" was dropping by random souvenir shops, we would have opted to stay at Margaritaville much longer. The shopping was a total waste of time for us. We then went to Rick's Cafe and watched many people dive. The driver had said we didn't need our beach stuff (towels or snorkels) so we left them in the van. He said he'd be back in about 2 hours. Soooo... we watched people dive but really couldn't partake in the fun as we had no towels with us. Therefore, we all got hot and grumpy. Really, you can only watch people jump off the cliff for so long before it gets a little boring. So, we called our driver back after 30 minutes or so to take us back to the resort. However, for the price, this was a great trip to see a little bit of Negril. Personally, I think the sands of Montego Bay are just as nice as this famous Seven Mile Beach in Negril. Would I recommend Jaital? Yes... why? Because they're inexpensive and nice, and we all felt safe.

Jaital tours was great. Booked two tours with them before i went to Negril Jamaica. One was a Catamaran Sunset Cruise and the other was the Ultimate Dolphin Swim. Both tours were great. The driver was on time to pick us up for the dolphin swim and was very pleasant. And the catamaran cruise went smooth as well. We saved a bunch of money by booking thru JAITAL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

I booked 2 tours using Jital tours. Because of the low price compared to other I was so nervous. At first it was a bit confusing trying to find them but once I did I was all set. I'm really bad with names but everyone we met from this company was pretty cool. will definitely booked with them again.

To Whom it may concern,
We had a great time on this excursion with Andre at the wheel. He's a good driver and very professional. We felt safe in the vehicle and everywhere we went. It seemed that he was almost playing the role of a body-guard,
and was informative when we had a question. He knew his way around the Island very well. I would recommend this excursion to anyone wanting to see the real Island. I'm a little disabled and could coop with everything we did with no problems.

Our experience was amazing, our group of 6 adults and 5 teenagers did two tours on two different days. Our first was the all day tour to Dunn’s River Falls and Tubing. Our driver was on time and took us to Tubing down a beautiful blue river, then lunch at a very authentic Jamaican restaurant with amazing beef patties and jerk chicken before heading to Dunn’s River Falls for the afternoon. Our second excursion day was the Ultimate Dolphin Swim, which was a half day and very fun! Our driver/guide "Brown" was wonderful, he was on time and very friendly. The van was clean and in great condition. He allowed us to safely keep items in the van that we would not need on the excursion. I would definitely use this company again to book excursions in the future.

Would highly recommend this boat tour. The staff was professional and a lot of fun. The boat was perfect for our group of sixteen to enjoy a private tour. Make sure to swim in the cave!

Our driver, Rons, was SUPERIOR! He picked us up early, was extremely friendly, gave us lots of information during our road trip from Montego Bay to Negril, and was probably the safest driver we had while in Jamaica. He stopped on the way so we could try a "jelly coconut" and at a former fort from the 1800's. While at the beach, our daughter was stung by a jellyfish - the manager at Margaritaville knew what to do and helped us out - Rons was very concerned for our daughter. We assured him we didn't blame anyone for that - it's nature. He told us whatever time we wanted to spend on the beach and at Rick's was up to us. He was there for us for the day. Rick's was ok - it was fun seeing the professional divers and people getting up the courage to cliff jump.
ONLY reason I give this 4 stars instead of 5 is because once we got to the beach, it was awful - NOT fault of Rons or Jaital in any way. Every 2 feet or so of walking the beach we were almost accosted by locals trying to sell us SOMETHING. It was extremely annoying to the point where we only spent maybe 30 minutes on 7 mile beach in total. Our driver, Rons, truly was the saving grace to this tour - I won't let my husband pick tours in the future, this was his pick.

This was a very nice place to visit. Nice people too. But remember you are not in the US so things won't be as nice. For me I didn't find to many places to eat if you want American food. But venture out and try something new.
