unfortunately by now it is closed to the public. People told us it's because of the building which suffers from too many people walking there

We got here on the 16th of march in 2017, every gate to the lighthouse was locked. A local guy passing on the street told us that it is now private property and not accessible anymore.

Don't waste your time, we walked past Rick's Café to see it, all locked up, It has so much history and potential, amazing views if it were open!

It's nice to see where it's located but you can't access the property and you shouldn't try to trespass either! LOL A few dilapidated buildings still exist on the property where it's located - not sure why.

This place is behind a fence....or it was when we walked by, great photo ops! I'm sure they could offer a tour and with a lil love could be a nice attraction.

Visited this lighthouse after visiting Rick's Cafe..beautiful, peaceful place! Highly recommend. I make it a hobby to visit any lighthouse I can find.

Gates are all locked up now, but it's still worth looking at if you are over this way. You can get a decent view of it from a distance (at Rick's), but you can get a feel for it from the road. We were walking...More

We planned on going here, but on the spot the taxidriver told us people can't access the lighthouse anymore. A neighbouring restaurant-owner bought it and closed it for public.

there's certainly enough room to have one but you'd have to check. It's a public place and a landmark so you'd have lots of people coming through. I'd suggest a beach wedding and maybe get some photos done there, the... More
